Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?Yes, they are. We use ingredients that are gentle on the skin and aim to protect the skin barrier.

Are your products tested on animals?No, as animal lovers we make sure that any product that we sell has not been tested on animals.

Are your products hypoallergenic?Yes, our products are free from common allergens and irritants. They are entirely PEG-free, synthetic fragrance-free, phthalate-free, palm oil-free, SLS-free, petrochemical-free, free of artificial colours and FDA/TGA approved.

Are your products vegan?Yes, they are not tested on animals and they are free from animal by-products.

How long does it take to see results?This varies from person to person but generally speaking, it is advisable to give a new skincare routine at least 4-6 weeks to gauge its effectiveness.

Can I use the products while pregnant?Our products are designed to be safe for all due to their distinct lack of harmful ingredients. Nevertheless, we always recommend consulting your GP prior to use if you have any concerns.

Do you charge a shipping fee?Yes, it is a $10 fee for shipping within Australia.

Can children use MILSPEC?Children 12 and over can safely use the whole MILSPEC range and children under can safely use the SPF. If you wish to use any products other than the SPF on children under 12, we advise speaking with your GP first.

Can I use your products on Rosacea?Yes, all of our products are safe to use on Rosacea.
