SHIPPING POLICY:

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order conformation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Protentional delays may occur due to high volume order or postal service problems outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10. flat rate throughout Australia ONLY.

Shipping option estimated delivery 5-10 days

 

Local Delivery Bungendore ONLY 1-2 days

 

Free Local Delivery on orders over $100 or in-store pick up Bungendore NSW 2621 ONLY. 

 

 

At this point we do not offer International Shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive and email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within X days of receiving your shipping conformation email, please contact us at info@milspecskincare.com.au with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O.Boxes

 

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O.Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy.
